Thanks to everyone who turned up to everyone who turned up to support us at the Lemon Tree and gave us such a warm reception. It was a great gig for us, and we hope you enjoyed Wolfstone as much as we did!

Happy New Year!

Apologies for the long delay in updating the website - all technical problems are now sorted!

The main AroarA news to start 2007 is that Jill and Laura have decided to resign from the concert line-up of AroarA due to University and other commitments. They will both continue to play with the band at ceilidhs and private functions for the foreseeable future, so we won't be losing contact with two long-standing members and good friends, and we wish them all the best for the future!

Meanwhile, the boys will be looking to increase the number of concert performances in the coming months starting with a slot supporting Wolfstone at the Lemon Tree, Aberdeen on Friday 16th February. This show will be the launch of "Forward Through Ruin."

The band have pretty much recovered from another hectic but enjoyable Speyfest weekend. We all had a great time catching up with old friends such as Celtic Air, as well as seeing some excellent bands throughout the festival. The audiences were fantastic as usual - a huge thank you to everyone who came to support us at any of our performances, hope you enjoyed Speyfest as much as we did!

Thanks to everyone who turned out to support us at Hootananny on the 20th and made it such a great night for us, and hopefully for you all too!  We'll be back in Inverness in late October.

In other AroarA news, the band have started writing for their third album, which will hopefully be released towards the end of the year.  Keep checking back for more updates, and we'll see you at Speyfest!
